Meet Jace

I'm Jace Florescio the founder and creator of Florescio Events. I first started event planning back in 2015 when preparing for my baby shower for my first born. I fell in love with event planning for my family and friends' occasions, that I decided to turn this passion into more than just a hobby. With the help and support of my family, Florescio Events was created three years later! We are a family-owned, Philadelphia based business. 

Florescio Events is dedicated to fulfilling the needs of our clients to make sure every occasion is a memorable one! We make sure all our decor fits our client's personalities and party theme with high-quality decorations and our signature balloon arrangements. We cater to all different events from showers, birthdays, baptisms, and store openings. Some of our clients include Anthropologie, Jim Beam, and Green Eggs Cafe.

When I am not designing events, I am a mama to my two beautiful boys :) 

OUR BALLOONS

Qualatex latex balloons are made from 100% natural latex -- not plastic. We chose these balloons to ensure the best quality and be mindful of our planet. Our latex balloons are 100% biodegradable and eco-friendly.

I would say working with Jace and her team was an absolute dream, but it was far better than that - we couldn't ever have imagined something like what we got. Jace understood our brand identity and the nature of the event we wanted to mark in an impactful way, and delivered an installation beyond anything we could have come up with on our own - whether in a serious brainstorm session or in a total fantasy daydream. The installation was breathtaking, whimsical, gorgeous, and the ultimate personification of our celebration. The installation absolutely encapsulated the day and lasted far longer than that in the delight it inspired - it was a neighborhood sensation (which folks still constantly discuss when we see them in person!) and garnered a ton of UGC on social media, which increased our reach and followers in a totally unanticipated way. Not only was the installation itself absolute perfection, so was working with Jace on the entire project - from inception to the sad moment we had to take it down. Jace provided impeccable service with genuine warmth and it was clear to us this was a labor of love for her and her amazing family team. To top it all off, as a sustainable business we were worried about the impact a balloon installation would make - we had nothing to worry about with Jace's eco friendly balloons, which are not only beautiful , they're biodegradable. We wish we could celebrate every milestone -  and every minute! - with Florescio Events!

 I manage all events and activations for the Anthropologie brand. When it came time to plan our annual corporate retreat day, I knew that Florescio Events had to be a part of the experience. I worked closely with Jace to share my vision for our rainbow balloon arch and she and her team executed it beyond my wildest dreams! Not only did the display look incredible (and result in endless Instagram posts from our employees) but my overall experience working with Florescio was flawless from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for that ‘something special’ to add to their event and can’t wait to come up with my next crazy balloon installation idea for them to bring to life!

That Balloon Girl and her team are absolutely a dream to work with. Jace strives for perfection in both her designs and her customer service. Since the moment I reached out through Instagram to the sound of the last balloon popping, Jace communicated clearly and efficiently all details and logistics. Jace took the time to listen to my vision for my event and allowed me to see her creative porcess through showing me mood-board images and a site visit. What she delivered was better than I ever imagined. The incredible balloons at my events are STILL being talked about around the neighborhood, which is incredible publicity for my business. I collaborated with Jace of Florescio Events on an influencer brunch in May. 

She and her team were a dream to work with! From the initial emails to the day of execution, she was professional and accommodating. We had a general vision in mind for the event, which we relayed to Jace. She took those notes and completely ran with it, creating a work of art well above our expectations. She was responsive and willing to work with us on all requests we had (within reason of course!). The brunch guests were absolitely blown away by the installations and we received so many compliments.

Florescio Events did a spectacular job for my daughter's 2nd birthday party. 
They not only helped us with the beautiful arrangement and backdrop (and worked with a very small space and not an ideal layout), but also assisted wtih setting up the tables for our guests!
